Frequently asked questions

Is there a cream that removes tattoos?+
No. The ink sits too deep for a surface product to reach it. Creams and home methods are ineffective and risky — only professional methods such as the laser work.
Does the laser always leave a scar?+
Not always. A mark can remain with older technology, wrong parameters or picking at scabs. A modern picosecond laser and correct aftercare clearly reduce that risk.
How many sessions are really needed?+
Usually 8 to 12 sessions about every 8 weeks. The exact number depends on the tattoo's age and the type and colour of the ink — it's a process over time, not a single treatment.
Can coloured tattoos be removed?+
Yes, but colours respond differently. Black and dark shades come off most easily; some light and warm tones are harder and need more sessions. We assess this after seeing the ink.
Does tattoo removal really hurt that much?+
It's noticeable but manageable. The session is short, we cool the skin and offer numbing. Most people say it's less of an ordeal than getting the tattoo in the first place.
